Confidentiality

Any concerns or queries from parents/carers or staff members will be handled confidentially. If you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to talk to a member of staff, this may be done in private if you prefer. We are always available before or after a session, or you may stay and talk to us during a quiet part of a session.  We particularly ask that:

• Parents/carers share any important or relevant information relating to their child’s learning, development and care whilst at pre-school with the child’s keyworker or the Fun Club Manager or Pre-school deputy.

• Information given by pre-school/BAAS staff to parents/carers will not be passed on to other parents/carers and confidentiality should be respected.
